Meta tags and descriptions for each website page: I will create meta tags and descriptions for each website page based on the provided website copy and keywords. This helps boost your SEO and search rankings, making it easier for your restaurant to show up in local searches
Built in website analytics: See where your traffic is coming from so you can market to the right audiences
Connection of Facebook pixel: Tracking your Meta audiences will allow you to use ads if you desire to bring in more business and reservations
Google analytics setup: I will walk you through setting up your analytics so you can track your traffic
Embed of a 3rd party reservation system of your choice: This makes it easy for clients to reserve a table right on your website
14 day turnaround: No opened ended finished by date. You’ll know exactly when to expect your website to be finished
48 hours of revisions: You’ll have the opportunities to send me as many revisions as you want within a 48 hour period
In-depth Squarespace training session and easy hand over on launch day: I will walk you through everything you need to know about your new website and how to use it
4 weeks of post launch support: I will hold your hand after launch day just in case you make some changes you aren’t happy with or don’t know how to fix
What I’ll need from you before your website build start date:

Web design packages cannot be booked less than two weeks in advance.
This is because you will need at least two weeks to complete all homework, curate all photos, and write your website copy or hire it done for you. You’ll submit everything before your design start date.
I don’t provide copywriting services but can recommend someone for you.

For The Chef’s Table web design package you’ll provide all of the website copy.
I will provide you with resources and worksheets that will help you write your copy. You can also hire a copywriter.
You’ll need to do keyword research and include these keywords in your website copy so you can begin to rank in local searches.

This is your logo, color palette, and mood board to create the design look for your website.
In The Chef’s Table package you’ll need to have your high quality logo ready prior to the design start date. I don’t provide logo design.
In your homework you’ll submit work the basics of your branding, such as colors and fonts.
I don’t provide banding services.

You’ll provide all the images and graphics you’d like to use on your website.
If brand photography is not in your budget, you can curate stock photography and graphics from free and paid sources such as Canva. I’ll provide you with resources for curating images.
You’ll need to make sure you aren’t using images or graphics that are copyrighted.
Each photo or graphic will need a file name that reflects the keywords you’d like to rank for.

The Strategy
I only work with one client at a time so you’ll have my undivided attention.
Once you’ve booked your web design start date, we’ll begin with an in-depth strategy session. This is where we’ll go over your business, goals, and the branding for your website.
We’ll map out your restaurant website’s style, function, the pages you’ll need, and discuss content, SEO, images and graphics
The Build
This is where the real fun begins! Once you’ve completed and submitted the homework, I’ll get to work creating your dream website that reflects the vision you have for your restaurant, bar, or café.
During the design process, you’ll have 48 hours to provide all the feedback and changes you’d like made.
This is a fourteen day process from start date to launch date.
The Support
Once your website is complete, I’ll provide a live training, showing you how to update your website yourself. Don’t worry! Squarespace makes this easy.
You’ll also receive six weeks of post launch support after your website launches.
That way if you make a change you can’t fix or need more support, I’m standing by to help.
